Bronze wildlife sculptures by the artist duo Gillie & Marc — including a 36-foot, 7-ton octopus, The Arms of Friendship — installed at the Charlestown Navy Yard in 2025. Named "Bridge of Joy" to symbolically reconnect the two halves of Charlestown divided by the Tobin Bridge; each animal represents an endangered species. A nice modern juxtaposition just down the road from Bunker Hill. Featured in Boston street art.
